The **Maintenance Coordinator **role, will be responsible for setting up and leading a preventative maintenance program across our two factories in Saint John and Sussex, NB (travel to both will be required). Types of equipment include: CNC brake presses, CNC punch presses, conveyors, hoists, tape, and strapping machines various material handling equipment.

**You will be responsible for the following activities**:

- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving issues on the manufacturing floor.
- Taking a hands on approach & using your good mechanical skills to solve issues or improve processes.
- Work within a cross functional team, including Manufacturing, Engineering, and more.
- Working with and leading on-site contractors as needed.
- The ability to take on and complete other tasks as needed around the facilities.
- Be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude,
- Have a positive attitude,
- Be able to work well independently and within a team.
