**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Utilize tools such as calipers and gauges to measure product dimensions and specifications.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and support compliance with QA/QC standards.
- Fabricate test samples as needed for validation purposes.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Must have good knowledge of welding and Welding inspection experience.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, including data collection and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards.
- Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
