Quality Control Inspector

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible to inspect products per the inspection plan and ensure the Customer is receiving Quality products at the level they expect and ideally when they require them. The Quality Control Inspector will complete the required documentation that provides evidence that the inspections were completed. Containment activities will be an additional focus of the Quality Inspector aiding the Production and Quality Team. At times, the Quality Control Inspector will be included in Root Cause Analysis teams to provide input and insights.

Reporting to the QA Manager, the QC Inspector will be responsible for:

- Performing routing quality assessments on products.
- Measuring product dimensions, examining the functionality of products, and comparing the final products to see if standards are met.
- Executing the required inspections in an efficient and effective manner while being aware of the expected ship date.
- Recommending product improvements and changes to production processes to continuously improve quality.
- Documenting inspection findings and completing the required documentation.
- Providing feedback to Production Team on quality processes, concerns, and standards of product quality.
- Ensuring 5S and cleanliness of the workstation is maintained to the required standards.
- Immediately report any safety issues observed.

- 8 hour shift
