**Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park.**

You’ll also
- Coordinate & manage the daily operations of all Show & Event Usher Programs to ensure a high-level of guest service and a positive guest experience
- Assist with the interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of ushers through pre-season and operation
- Be responsible for assisting with implementation of effective crowd management plans, completing daily reports of attendance, and maintaining facility and program documentation to ensure all information is current
- Introduce new ideas in collaboration with management and the usher program, and communicate daily to maintain a positive work environment.
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge

Qualifications:

- You
- Someone who is enrolled in or a graduate of a post-secondary institution.
- Someone with computer literacy with experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Access is required.
- Someone who is organized with proven leadership & communication skills as well as excellent people management & guest service skills.
- Someone with previous park experience and must be able to stand for extended periods of time (an asset).
- Flexible availability that includes working weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays, and working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
