- Diriger et motiver les membres lors d’entraînements HIT préétablis
- Travailler dans un environnement de mise en forme de groupe au rythme rapide
- Être polyvalent afin de garantir que tous les participants aux séances vivent une expérience de haute qualitée
- Aider les membres à se fixer et à atteindre des objectifs
- Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes afin de guider les débutants lors de leur première séance Orangetheory
- S’assurer que les membres effectuent bien les exercices, effectuer les corrections d'exécution et positionnement et proposer des alternatives au besoin. Les féliciters et le challenger.
- Comprendre la science sur laquelle se fondent nos entraînements et les programmes d’entraînement axés sur la fréquence cardiaque dans leur ensemble, les différents mouvements en entraînement fonctionnel, et être au courant de ce que propose la concurrence
- Savoir comment utiliser et démontrer l’utilisation de chaque dispositif servant durant toute séance d’entraînement
- Organiser la salle d'entrainement à l'ouverture et à la fermeture et la maintenir ordonnée après chaque séance dirigée
- Visionner un webinar mensuel et participer à une réunion mensuelle obligation.

- Être extravertie, empatique et leader

Être titulaire d'un certificat en conditionnement physique de groupe et/ou en entraînement personnel valide approuvé par Orangetheory: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, YMCA, CanFit Pro ou Ataraxia ainsi qu’un certificat de RCP/DEA/premiers soins valide sont indispensables pour être retenu pour ce poste. Être titulaire d'un bach en Kinésiologie, Science de l'exercice physique, physiothérapie est un atout.
