Benefits Industry‑leading compensation plan and benefits Career development opportunities Complimentary OTF sweat sessions Fitness‑casual dress code Responsibilities Lead and motivate members through pre‑designed workouts Work in a fast‑paced group fitness setting Multitask to ensure all participants have a high‑quality experience Help members set and achieve fitness goals Collaborate with the sales team to guide new customers through their first Orangetheory workout Ensure correct form and provide corrections when needed Understand the science behind our heart‑rate‑focused training programs and stay aware of competition Demonstrate effective use of all equipment in each workout Be a team player Qualifications Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification CPR/AED/First Aid certification Ability to commit to 6–12+ hours per week of coaching Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Part‑time Job Function Education and Training Industries Wellness and Fitness Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Orangetheory Fitness Canada by 2x.
