**Digital Content Creator/Marketing Coordinator**

We are a new line of health products and looking for a super-star content creator and social media coordinator to join our team.

If you’re passionate about supplements - like healthy, tasty gummies and collagen-infused creamers, have a pulse on what’s trending in the digital space, are highly organized and bring experience developing and executing exciting content (including videos, reels, etc.) and campaigns to grow brand and increase sales - we’d love to hear from you

As Digital Content Creator/Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, designing and creation of digital content on social media platforms. You will be able to take our roster of products and bring them to life with your exceptional eye for detail, creativity and execution. This, while continuing to grow our audience, reach and resonate with those who matter most...to ultimately drive sales both online and in-store.

Reporting to our COO, you will develop and manage the social media calendar and content creation for the brand and execute against it for all social media platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok.

Contribute to marketing campaigns, always seeking ways to grow our brand awareness, drive sales both in-store and online.

Consistently seek out ways to attract and retain new consumers via digital content, in-store activations, brand collaborations, etc.

While you will handle most of the content creation, you will also work in-collaboration with a Graphic Designer on creative where required.

Convey a sense of community and build our following based on valuable content and mutual sharing.

Use creative means to drive strong engagement and organic growth of all social media properties.

Work with and acquire influencers.

Effectively monitor and report on social media results.

Be available to post/re-post, respond to DMs often outside regular office hours and on weekends.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience creating marketing content across a variety of platforms. This includes graphics, stills and videos, reels and so-forth.
- Expertise developing social media calendar that’s aligned with brand objectives and targets.
- High amount of comfort developing content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Youtube using video editing software such as Canva or video boost etc.
- Experience and creativity for creating brand experiences beyond the digital space - such as product demos, brand collaborations, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-discipline projects at the same time.

**Education**

College level diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Social Media or Content Creation or a related field.

**Other**:
Minimum 3 years related experience in a professional setting.

Natural health supplements space - experience an asset.

Hybrid in-office and work from home. Our office is located in downtown Toronto and you must be able to commute for in-person meetings on a regular basis.

**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year
