**Position Summary**:
Responsible for wowing our clients, you love to serve and problem solve in a fast pace environment. You will oversee the administrative operations of the office, support and assist our team and be in charge of the day-to-day functions

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer support to both Personal and Commercial Clients
- Service the existing book of business
- Actively participate in training initiatives
- Participate in community marketing initiatives
- Other duties as may be assigned and the potential for further development in your career within the company
- Bonus and salary advancement opportunities

**Our new Team Member will have the following Qualifications**:

- An active RIBO license (preferable)
- Customer Service experience
- Company portal experience (would be an asset)
- Proficient computer skills, in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Extremely well organized & able to meet deadlines
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Always learning and coachable
- Able to anticipate needs and provide solutions
- A Self-Starter
- An Effective communicator
- Able to work well with team and others

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
