The Bethany Group, Camrose, is looking for an HR Coordinator to support our HR Department. As a first point of
employee contact you will be responsible for assisting with employee hiring and commencement, recruitment,
maintenance of employee records, HR projects and labor relations, and assist in responding to internal and
external HR inquiries. Strong computer, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management
skills are essential, as well as knowledge of HR functions, including HRIS.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
(Education; Experience/Training; Knowledge; Licenses/Certificates; Membership Requirements)
- Completion of, or working toward, HR diploma/certification or equivalent education and experience
- 3 plus years in health care industry or unionized environment
- Previous full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a unionized health care setting

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Provides support to the Human Resources department, in a wide variety of responsibilities, projects and tasks
- Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, record minutes, prepares and circulates correspondence as required
- Self-motivated with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop excellent
- relationships across the organization.
- Capable of balancing competing priorities, and possessing strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently or collaboratively as needed
- Maintains a professional approach and demeanor while being empathetic, understanding, and a good listener
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective, consistent format
