What you'll do:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following (and other duties as required):

  • Providing customers with exceptional level of customer service

  • Provide a neat, clean, fresh and well merchandised department

  • Servicing vehicle(s), filling propane bottles, attending to car wash, operation of the point of sale terminal

  • All duties associated with inventory stocking and taking inventory counts

  • Compliance with government standards and regulations that apply

    to the Gas Bar Complete up-to-date in-house training and certifications via e-learning courses

  • Alert for the unauthorized removal of merchandise and equipment

  • Ensure the quality and condition of all merchandise meets the store's standards

  • Follow all cleaning and maintenance schedules 

  • Compliance with all Safety policies and procedures and look out for the safety of others 

  • Adhere to all Wild Rose Co-op policies and procedures

This position requires the use of computers, as well as heavy lifting of products.

Who you are:

You have previous experience in customer service is an asset. Candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Understanding of our Values (Teamwork, People, Excellence , Community)

  • Committed to providing excellent customer service to our member-owners as well as internal customers

  • Quality communication skills

  • Ability to work days, evenings and weekends on a rotational basis

This position will report to the Assistant Gas Bar Manager.

This is a Full-time position based on 10-20 hrs/week, the successful candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
