The full-time Facility Associate supports the facility and operations of the new RMHC Manitoba Ronald McDonald House. Working under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Facility Associate plays an important role in the safe and essential RMHC Manitoba mission delivery.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Facility repairs
- Facility security
- Waste management
- Yardwork
- Communicate with vendors as assigned
- Direct suppliers and vendors as assigned
- Complete facility reports as requested

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Passion for the mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities Manitoba
- Minimum of grade 12 education
- Energetic person with proven skills facility maintenance and attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills
- Calm and caring manner
- Carpentry experience an asset
- Basic knowledge of M/E an asset
- Computer skills with some proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to use power tools
- Ability to read construction drawings

Salary Range: $35,000-$45,000 annually
