**Salon Sales Coordinator & Reception**

As a Salon Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including ‘traffic control’ and taking/booking appointments by phone.

To be successful as a Salon Coordinator, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service & sales role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking and customer relations skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer incoming phone calls & book appointments
- Educate and recommend Membership plans and products to customers
- Ensure reception & lounge area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material
- Receive, sort, and count inventory
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Sales Associate or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$17.75 per hour
