**Description of the Position**:

In this newly created role, Vice President of Business Intelligence and Analytics (BIA), you will report directly to the Chief Information Office (CIO) and lead a talented team of analysts and data scientists dedicated to advancing data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your leadership will empower teams, including Donor-facing and Fundraising teams, Marketing, and Donor Experience, by providing the analytics, reporting, and strategic intelligence needed to maximize impact. Through innovative approaches and a focus on delivering results, you will ensure the Business Intelligence Analytics function plays a critical role in shaping how we engage donors and drive organizational success.

**Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics Technology Management**
- Lead the development of analytical dashboards for business units.
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners, providing tailored analytics and insights to optimize donor engagement and empower business units to achieve their KPI’s and maximize impact.
- Enhance and oversee our advanced BI and Analytics platforms, from Snowflake to Power BI, Datawarehouse, Google Analytics, SAS and niche AI/ML solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based analytics architectures to streamline and support data driven decision-making.
- Ensure business units have the strategic insights to facilitate meaningful connections with donors, fostering trust and loyalty.
