**Your Role**:
As a Cannabis Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our brand, helping our valued customers discover the right products to meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service, making each guest's visit memorable.
- Sharing your expert knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Guiding customers in their selection, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product offerings.
- Collaborating with our passionate team to maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A deep knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and their effects.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in retail, especially in cannabis or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-34 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cumberland, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Cannabis: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Selling It Right (preferred)
