**Job Title: Kitchen Food Server**

**Company: Twenty Four Karats Restaurant**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate the onsite POS system (AM/PM) efficiently and accurately.

Process transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments.

Efficiently prepare food orders for the customers

Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries with a professional demeanor.

Demonstrate product knowledge

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Stock shelves and ensure product displays are tidy, organized, and fully stocked.

Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting

inventory counts.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for

customers.

Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to liquor and vape

product sales.

Work shifts and weekends as needed.

**Qualifications**:
ProServe Certification is mandatory.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.

Clean and professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks as required.

**Experience**

Previous experience in the kitchen or restaurants is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management are required.

Organizational skills to maintain inventory levels and store presentation are important.

Experience with cashiering duties is a plus.
