Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.

Contract Dates: 9 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $22.41 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Administrative transfer of vehicle ownerships through various governmental agencies
- Branding enquiries and change
- Timely and responsive moving of vehicles
- Processing of salvage transactions within ClaimCenter
- Closure of salvage logs
- Possessing and fostering strong analytical skills and maintaining attention to detail
- Ensuring productivity and efficiency standards are maintained on an individual level
- Being a change leader, leading with conviction and evolving mindsets and behaviors with transparency and purpose
- Effective communicator with the ability to demonstrate purpose and accountability
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external partners for the purpose of delivering ongoing efficiencies and influencing industry trends and innovations
- Protecting the interests of the organization - identifying and managing risks, and escalating them where necessary

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Admin /Clerical
- MS office suite

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Critical attention to detail and accuracy
