Calgary, Canada BURNCO ROCK PRODUCTS Ltd Full time

Are you passionate about shaping meaningful employee experiences, fostering cultural transformation, and driving real engagement across an organization? Do you thrive in roles where strategy meets execution, and no two days are the same? If so, we’d love to have you join us as a Program Manager, Culture & Engagement.

As the **Program Manager, Culture & Engagement**, reporting to the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, you will lead a range of culture-building and employee engagement initiatives—from redefining BURNCOs values and integrating them into moments-that-matter, to championing employee listening and supporting internal culture networks. This role is a unique opportunity to partner across the business to advance our culture in ways that are authentic, inclusive, and actionable.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Drive integration of culture and values through a company-wide reinvention of BURNCO’s core values and collaborating with organizational stakeholders to embed them into decision-making, communications, people programs, and daily behaviors.
- Activate and lead employee listening efforts including the design and execution of two-way feedback mechanisms such as pulse surveys, listening sessions, and digital feedback tools.
- Facilitate our culture assessments, including leading our next enterprise-wide culture and engagement survey. You'll manage vendor relationships, align with internal stakeholders, and help the organization prioritize meaningful activation plans from results.
- Coordinate, engage, and grow our Culture Builders and Culture Advocates network to mobilize and co-sponsor change and knowledge-sharing across the network.
- Manage and advance our recognition programs and strategy by promoting recognition across all levels aligned with our values and helping to measure and communicate its impact on culture.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and program manager, supporting cross-functional culture initiatives and contributing to a cohesive employee experience.

**What We Would Like From You**
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading organizational culture, employee experience, or employee engagement-related programs.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement methodologies, survey design and analysis, and action planning practices.
- Experience with recognition and employee feedback platforms (e.g., NectarHR, ContactMonkey, or similar tools).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
- A passion for people, culture, and making the employee experience feel human, connected, and purpose-driven.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

**Working Conditions**
- The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular work week from Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid work flexibility with a balance of remote and in-office collaboration.
- Collaborative and inclusive team culture where your ideas are welcomed, and your voice makes a difference.
- On-site fitness facilities with company-paid yoga and Pilates classes.
- Some travel to operational sites may be required; a valid driver’s license is needed.
