The team at **Martindale Dental** located in **St. Catharines**, **ON** is looking for passionate, hard-working **three (3)** **Dental Administrators** on full-time basis.
- The ideal **Dental Administrator **for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
We are a large family oriented practice. We pride ourselves in providing high-quality dental care in a family oriented and friendly environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Other Dental administrative team member duties include**:
- ** Greeting patients**:
- ** Scheduling and rescheduling appointments**:
- ** Cancelling appointments if required**:
- Assist with patients questions regarding medical forms
- Update information for patients when required
- Communicate with insurance companies when required
- Mailing insurance forms and estimates
- Collecting differences form insurances
- Communicating with clinical team members and Dentists
- Organizing schedule when required

**SCHEDULE**:
- ** 35-40 hours per week**:
- Monday-Friday / We are open 2 Saturdays a month
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- ** 2-3 years experience in a dental office position**:
- Experience with dental practice management software such as **Dentrix** is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
