West Coast Kids has offered parents a friendly modern baby boutique environment with the best and largest selection, at the very best prices for 47 years Today, we continue that success by seeking a Full Time Customer Care Representative with the passion for building meaningful relationships with our long-standing customers.
- Shifts vary between the hours of 8am and 8 pm, weekends are required_

**Responsibilities**
- Point person for team to assist with customer concerns.
- Engage customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner.
- Promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries and requests for support.
- Assisting customers to find appropriate merchandise.
- Explain basic features of merchandise to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and escalates issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing excellent customer service and greeting all customers
- Cultivating lasting relationships with customers
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of retail or hostess experience desired
- Second spoken language would be a _big asset_
- Effective over the phone communication and customer service skills
- Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Works efficiently and pays close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Taking initiative and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Able to problem solve and think outside the box
- Efficient multi-tasking skills

**Salary**: From $14.00 per hour
