**Real Estate Assistant & Marketing Specialist ( In-Office | Cloverdale, Surrey)**

Are you creative, organized, and excited about real estate?
We’re looking for a **Real Estate Assistant & Marketing Specialist** to join our growing team in Cloverdale, Surrey.

This is a hands-on role that blends **social media marketing**, **client follow-up**, and **administrative support** to keep our business running smoothly and our brand standing out.

**What You’ll Do**

**Social Media & Marketing**
- Create, edit, and post engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (Reels, stories, feed posts)
- Stay on top of trends and turn them into creative real estate content
- Draft captions and manage a posting schedule to keep our pages active and on-brand
- Design flyers, feature sheets, and marketing materials using Canva (or similar tools)

**Client Calls & Follow-Up**
- Call and follow up with warm leads to book and confirm appointments
- Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Help with database management and track follow-up activities

**Admin & Real Estate Support**
- Prepare and organize paperwork (contracts, addendums, disclosures)
- Update listings and maintain our website
- Assist with scheduling showings, events, and open houses
- Support the team with other day-to-day administrative tasks

**You’re a Great Fit If You**:

- Have experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Are confident making calls and building relationships with clients
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
- Know how to use Canva (or can learn quickly)
- Have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Are proactive and enjoy working in a team environment
- Bonus: Experience in real estate or admin work is an asset but not required

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work in-office in Cloverdale, Surrey
- Part-time or full-time availability (flexible for the right person)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Some weekend availability may be required with notice
