**What you’ll do**

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

- This position is responsible for monitoring and reacting to security events and alarms across TJX Canada locations (Stores, Offices and Distribution Centres) by utilizing security monitoring systems to support the safety and security of TJX Canada assets.
- Receive and identify safety & security event triggers through phone, radio and monitoring systems.
- Thoroughly document event details, response and outcomes and communicate to appropriate parties.
- Utilize remote video surveillance software to review and validate safety & security events, such as burglar, fire, system trouble, distress and other alarm types.
- Support and participate in Home Office Security, Loss Prevention and Health & Safety. This may include emergency management, first aid training, and other initiatives as assigned by management.

**What you’ll need**

To begin your career with us, you’ll have:

- Must have High School Diploma, Post-Secondary Education is preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Security Guard or Private Investigator license in province of work.
- Communication skills (written; verbal; and professional interactions) in English. French would be an asset.
- Salary Range: _$35,960 - $50,342*
- This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience._
