**Key responsibilities**:

- Performing Fee Reconciliation, billable, and non-billable securities reconciliation analysis
- Executing calculations and analysis on platform data outputs
- Conduct Fee and Operation anomaly investigations and resolutions
- Audit transactions, holdings, and subsequent performance as required
- Support ongoing special projects as assigned
- Annual Tax slip oversight
- Daily, monthly, and quarterly statement generation, oversight, and review
- Support various internal departments to collect and extract data from vendors and internal systems
- Ensure procedures are continually maintained to reflect existing activities
- Cross train with the user access team to support vacation and increased capacity
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant area of study
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience, ideally, within an IIROC wealth management firm
- Strong analytical thinking, understanding of technical information, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with IIROC operating systems, such as, ISM, fee management, is considered an asset
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete data analysis and reporting for management in specified timelines
