Provides outstanding service to VANEX customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and offers advice and guidance on financial solutions that are best for the customer. Collaborates within the branch and with VANEX partners to provide the desired customer experience while meeting overall business goals.
- Identifies customer needs and refers them to VANEX colleagues.
- Supports customer requests for financial services, including transaction processing and assisting walk-in customers.
- Customers are greeted warmly and their financial and transactional needs are met with seamless execution.
- To identify potential opportunities, reviews customer profiles and engages customers in a needs-based conversation.
- Work may be done at multiple branches depending on market demands; work schedules may vary from week to week in terms of days worked, hours worked, and shifts.
- Maintains risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we protect our customers' assets, maintain their privacy, and act in their best interests.
- Identifies and reports suspicious patterns of activity that may be associated with money laundering.
- As needed, additional work or accountability may be assigned. *Qualification*
- Bachelor's degree, financial fields (preferred)
- Customer Service Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, as well as how each can best serve the individual needs of customers.
- To refer to specialists, basic knowledge of specialised sales and business financial solutions is required.
- A strong desire to assist customers.
- A focus on providing customers with a personalised experience.
- Self-starter with initiative and the courage to approach customers.
- Willingness to collaborate and work in a variety of capacities as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with customers and build rapport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
