- Identifies customer needs and refers them to VANEX colleagues.
- Supports customer requests for financial services, including transaction processing and assisting walk-in customers.
- Customers are greeted warmly and their financial and transactional needs are met with seamless execution.
- To identify potential opportunities, reviews customer profiles and engages customers in a needs-based conversation.
- Work may be done at multiple branches depending on market demands; work schedules may vary from week to week in terms of days worked, hours worked, and shifts.
- Maintains risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we protect our customers' assets, maintain their privacy, and act in their best interests.
- Identifies and reports suspicious patterns of activity that may be associated with money laundering.
- As needed, additional work or accountability may be assigned. *Qualification*
- Bachelor's degree, financial fields (preferred)
- Customer Service Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, as well as how each can best serve the individual needs of customers.
- To refer to specialists, basic knowledge of specialised sales and business financial solutions is required.
- A strong desire to assist customers.
- A focus on providing customers with a personalised experience.
- Self-starter with initiative and the courage to approach customers.
