**What We Need**:
We’re seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market activities for our new suite of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions. The goal is to reach our targeted audiences across North America, South America, Australia, Europe and the Middle East through our network of 75 offices around the world.
The right fit for us is a detail-oriented team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are resourceful, analytical and possess a curiosity for what is possible, balanced with a commitment to implement the best solution and constantly strive for continuous improvement.
**How you will contribute**:
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and technology teams to support an international go-to-market strategy
- Build, execute and support regional specific demand generation and marketing programs aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets
- Work with sales to analyse and define market, sector and channel strategies
- Establish program objectives, continuously monitor performance and evaluate opportunities to optimize ROI
- Develop content strategies and work with copywriters and designers to create assets for program execution:
- Testimonials, Case Studies, Whitepapers, Newsletters, Videos, News Releases, Collateral, Presentations, Advertising
- Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing initiatives
- Track success metrics through reporting and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
- Identify ways to improve lead acquisition and conversion rates
- Support Trade Show and Event initiatives through organized project management, budgeting and accounting tracking, inventory management and reordering recommendations, order tracking, vendor negotiations, and follow-up
- Ensure alignment of key messaging and positioning across all channels ensure brand experience is consistent, aligned and on brand
- Manage Incentive programs
- Manage corporate associations and memberships
- Lead the coordination and production of annual and quarterly marketing updates
**What you bring to the table**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration and 5+ years of related marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, problem solving, entrepreneurial thinking, and analytical abilities
- Strong self-drive and sense of accountability
- Highly analytical; make decisions based on data
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Passionate about sales enablement
- View sales and marketing alignment as paramount to effectively drive revenue
- Understand that the customer’s journey isn’t linear, and best practices to effectively engage the buyer through multiple channels
- Guided by the needs of the customer and developing a meaningful dialog through content
- True collaborator and willingness to work in a global matrixed organization
- Experience with Salesforce, website/landing page design, paid search and social campaigns, and analytics would be a great asset, but is not required
