We are looking for a team player to help with our catering order desk. This position requires organization and is an administrative role executing orders for our catering division. Our business was born in January 2002 and provides many opportunities for growth and long-term employment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conduct all office functions and administrative duties
- Coordinate schedules, appointments
- Manage the current filing system
- Liaise with employees and contract workers
- Assistant with day to day restaurant and catering operations
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Post-secondary education
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly in Excel and word
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with an optimistic outlook and the ability to motivate and energize other
**Salary**: $38,353.00-$40,843.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
