**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, and other baked goods following recipes
- Ensure all food meets quality standards before serving or selling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- You should be willing to work overnight or early morning shifts, as our baker starts work between midnight and 4am
- Maintain Health and Safety, Food Safety (HACCP) standards while upholding COBS Bread brand standards
- Able to multi-task and flexible to work in different stations
- Prior experience of working at COBS or similar fast paced bakery environment is an asset

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to bake a variety of items from scratch
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or customers
- Understanding of food industry regulations and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
