Field Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- “Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods
- Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
- Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships

- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database for leads throughout the US

**Qualifications**:
*
- Proven sales experience in commercial construction
- Expertise in commercial building construction, maintenance, operations or ownership (REITS, architectural firms, property managers, construction sales firms, etc)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
