**Summary**

We’re looking for a **Project Coordinator** to join our growing team. This role is essential to the success of every project, ensuring that communication is clear, documentation is accurate, and coordination across all project functions is seamless. You'll be working directly with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and our Director of Construction to support the execution of complex builds from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update scope of work documents, selection sheets, and construction schedules
- Track submittals, samples, and procurement timelines (targeting 6 weeks ahead of installation)
- Ensure all meeting notes, change orders, and site instructions are accurately documented and distributed
- Coordinate purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to confirm deliveries and lead times
- Work with the Project Manager to monitor allowances and support cost tracking in Buildertrend
- Be the point person for coordinating between designers, trades, and internal team members on selection and specification details
- Manage Buildertrend updates, ensuring all documentation and communication is up to date
- Assist in the creation and ongoing revision of the construction schedule
- Help coordinate trade access and deliveries based on project milestones and site readiness

**What You Bring**
- 3+ years experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the residential construction, design, or architecture industry
- Proficiency with project management tools (Buildertrend experience is a strong asset)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for process
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and professional, both written and verbal
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
