- Coordinate and supervise landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Develop and implement year-round maintenance schedules and plans
- Oversee snow removal activities, including plowing, shoveling, salting, and de-icing

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in the landscape industry / Horticulture certificate
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, landscaping techniques, and snow removal best practices
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and landscape management software
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
