**Part-Time Only - working with one client at a time, each shift is generally 2 to 4 hours long.**

PSW-HSW-DSW-HCA needed for the Tillsonburg

We are looking for someone that is looking for just a few hours a day.

This is a part-time position

Some of the requirements of the job:
Comprehend care plans and determine ways to implement them effectively
- Ensure that the care plan is followed appropriately and suggest any changes or alterations to the program after keen observation
- Assist clients with ambulation and positioning and provide them with support in bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Ensure that clients’ food is prepared according to a specific healthcare plan a
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as dusting, washing dishes, folding laundry
- Change bed linens and bathroom linens
- Provide emotional support to distressed clients and provide them with companionship
- Monitor changes in clients’ behaviour
- Report any significant observations to families and Team Lead
- Provide encouragement to help promote independence
- Ensure client dignity by keeping personal and medical information confidential
- Create a clean, safe and healthy environment for clients to help them thrive both physically and emotionally
- Assist clients range of motions as per the care plan
- Observe and document changes in clients’ behaviour
- Recognize emergency situations and perform First Aid and CPR if required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
