Sales Support Administrator

**Role Summary**
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for key administration and reporting tasks supporting the Sales Leadership Team. You will utilize your exceptional multitasking skills and experience to prepare, track, follow up and monitor key functions and regular deliverables within the department, including maintaining sales team activity and commissions reports. In this role, you will support the Sales Department by processing Rep supply orders, scheduling quarterly strategy and debrief meetings, and coordinating Outsides Sales Manager market visits. Lastly, you will coordinate outbound communication to the Sales Team and contribute to seasonal mailings and other sales projects. The Sales Support Administrator will report directly to the Sales & Loyalty Program Manager.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and update monthly training calendars
- Monitor overdue training by Outside Sales Representatives
- Contribute to OSR commission processing
- Process OSR supply kit orders and personal orders
- Coordinate quarterly Territory Review Meetings, and the Key Accounts Recovery process
- Assist with planning and coordinating Regional Training Events
- Assist in effective roll-out and change management of new tools and processes to the OSR team
- Send new Spa Director Welcome packages, and Green Spa certificates and stickers to eligible Spa Partners
- Maintain and update all Sales Program information in Customer Relationship Management software
**Qualifications**
- Administrative assistance or equivalent experience - 2-3 years (minimum)
- Sales support or equivalent experience - 1 year (minimum)
- Business writing experience - 1 year (minimum)
- Customer service experience - 1 year (minimum)
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and experience working with spreadsheets - 1 year (minimum)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience -1 year (minimum)
- Training or Presentation delivery an asset
- Retail order and fulfillment experience an asset
- Background in the Esthetic, Spa or Health & Beauty industry an asset
- Strong data entry skills, detailed and process-oriented with an independent work-style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior grammar and composition skills
