**Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)**

**About Us**
The Communication Clinic is a well-established, therapist-owned practice in Toronto, specializing in pediatric speech-language therapy, early intervention, and multidisciplinary care. We are expanding our services to include ABA and are looking for a dedicated BCBA to lead this new program. With a strong reputation for excellence, we value innovation, collaboration, and a warm, supportive environment for both families and clinicians.

**The Role**

As our lead BCBA, you will:

- Conduct ABA and developmental assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBA).
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans aligned with OAP standards.
- Oversee and supervise behavior therapists/instructor therapists.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other team members to provide integrated care.
- Provide parent training and support.
- Contribute to shaping and growing our ABA program.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification (or eligible).
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services, preferably with children on the autism spectrum.
- Strong leadership, supervision, and collaboration skills.
