**Nature and Scope**
The Campus Coordinator will be responsible for the general coordination, organization, administration of the Prince Albert Campus. This position will positively promote and create an environment that demonstrates SIIT's vision, mission, and mandate.

**General Accountability**
The Campus Coordinator is responsible for the general coordination of activities related to facility use and for creating a safe and welcoming physical environment for learners and staff. This position supports a wide variety of Campus administrative operations in a prompt and professional manner. The Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating campus operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

The Campus Coordinator will collaborate with various internal departments and external providers to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all learners and staff, in coordination with SIIT's Facilities Manager. This position will also perform administrative duties of the Campus, and follow up with appropriate Learning Services staff as required. The Coordinator is accountable to lead, train, and coach direct reports, in addition to guiding their daily work. This position provides additional support as required. The range of accountabilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Administration_
- Extensive knowledge of the functions, purposes and programs of SIIT to answer and direct routine inquiries and promptly respond to inquiries as required
- Oversee inventory of assets, including supplies and/or materials, within the campus
- Provide administrative support for past, current and future learners
- Liaison for staff/ learners coordination of meetings with outside agencies/speakers
- Relieve front desk staff as necessary
- Act as an advisor to support the Student Leadership Council (SLC)
- Manage the Regina Learning Services budget, as provided by SIIT
- People Management & Leadership_
- Coach, train and develop employees to ensure growth and development of those individuals
- Conduct regular reviews with direct reports; ensure adherence to SIIT policies and procedures
- Assist in building and leading the team through employee selection
- Supervise, schedule and contract Elder support, Tutor and Success and Wellness Counsellor for the Regina Campus
- Campus Coordination_
- Ensure building is safe and maintained, including performing security rounds inside the building
- In collaboration with the facilities department, coordinate with contracted agencies in the provision of the building
- Assign keys, security codes and passwords as appropriate for SIIT staff; obtain keys from staff that complete their work terms, as well as, change security codes and passwords as appropriate
- Ensure follow up items from OH&S Committee meetings are actioned
- Develop positive working relationships with post-secondary counsellors and other stakeholders
