Douglas Window & Door Inc. is looking to expand our team with a new Outside Sales Representative.

Do you want to build a career in a growing company that emphasizes Customer Experience and Employee Recognition?

Douglas is looking for a Knowledgeable, Reliable, Trustworthy and Driven Salesperson with a minimum of 3 years of Sales Experience.

Compensation for Douglas’s Outside Sales Representative will follow a structure of Base Salary + Commission and Car Allowance. The income potential for this role will range from $50,000 to $100,000 and beyond.

Ideal Attributes:
1. Hard working, detail-oriented and independent

2. Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated

3. Able to build lasting client relationships that inspire brand loyalty and repeat business

4. Strong closing techniques using logical, incremental steps

5. Proven results and consistency in achieving/exceeding sales targets

6. Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle

7. Some knowledge of the construction industry is an asset, but not required.
