- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent working with computers and technology - we are paperless
- Detailed oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication skills
- Dental background/knowledge is a must for this position. Tracker knowledge, dental assisting background is an asset.

Job Responsibilities
- Greeting patients upon arrival and handling Patient Check-out (Scheduling, Insurance EDI Submissions, Billings and Payments)
- Managing appointment schedules to maximize clinic efficiency and flow
- Filing, maintaining, pulling and organizing digital charts
- Communicating with Insurance companies regarding estimates, claims, and dental plan coverages
- Preparing contracts, financials, predeterminations for insurances and patients
- Provide overall administrative support in the office
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
