**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assess clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain mortgage products and processes.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
- Utilize Excel for financial analysis and cash management tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in financial services or as a Mortgage Broker is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French is an asset.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients' best interests.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and management tasks.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations related to mortgages.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and support throughout the lending process.

Pay: $36,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- mortgage underwriting: 3 years (required)
