**Your Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Regional Director, Resident and Guest Services. This role will make a difference every day by providing exceptional leadership, fostering memorable experiences for residents, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will nurture relationships with residents, their families, and staff while driving operational excellence, all in alignment with Seasons’ vision, mission, and values.

**What You Will Do**:

- ** Lead Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive improvements in resident care, satisfaction, and community performance.
- ** Strategic Oversight**: Collaborate on strategic planning, coach General Managers, and support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members.
- ** Resident Experience**: Implement quality programs and innovative initiatives to enhance services and ensure compliance with legislation.
- ** Support Employee Services**: Streamline workflows, administer disciplinary actions in coordination with Employee Services, and address staffing challenges.
- ** Drive Results**: Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and sales performance through trend analysis, coaching, and support.
- ** Special Initiatives**: Lead the rollout of new programs and provide culture coaching to align teams with organizational values.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Has a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in the seniors housing or hospitality industry;
- Experience in progressively responsible roles where he/she has demonstrated ability in leadership, interpersonal skills, marketing, financial planning and effective problem-solving;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage people, and to deal diplomatically with Senior Management and Executive leaders, senior government officials, community leaders and the general public;
- Knowledge of relevant Employment, Health, Care and Tenancy legislation and standards in Canada and the province of Ontario or Alberta;
- Graduate of a certificate/diploma or degree in nursing, social work, gerontology, hospitality or business.

**Special Requirements**
- Frequent regional travel will be required to fulfill the requirements of the position;
- Current valid driver’s license with clear driver’s abstract;
- Infrequent travel within Canada including Ontario may be required;
- Must be able to manage time deadlines and deliverable dates.
