Collision Centre Administrator

**Do you have a passion for the automotive industry? If you do, we would love to have you join our team as a Collision Centre Administrator.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phones and schedule estimate and repair appointments
- Assist in the intake and preliminary processing of customer vehicle claims
- Handle vehicle rentals through a third party
- Assist in MPI invoicing for claim repairs
- Process customer payments
- Co-ordinate the scheduling of sublet vendors and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Process and follow up on parts returns
**Qualifications**:
- Strong customer service focus (both internal and external)
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Well organized with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- High degree of accuracy with an attention to details
**Other**:
- Previous experience in a collision centre and familiarity with MPI claim processes preferred
- Knowledge of industry tools, such Mitchell Connect and PBS an asset
Wage is dependent on qualifications. We offer a benefit and pension package.
This is a Full-Time position (Monday to Friday).
