- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- **Knowledge of Immigration Processes**: Understanding of Canadian immigration programs and pathways is preferred.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
