**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify suitable insurance products for clients.
- Provide expert advice on various insurance policies, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect clients’ insurance options.

**Experience**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- A background in customer service is preferred, demonstrating the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Familiarity with various insurance products and the ability to market them effectively.
- Level 1 broker licenses minimum 2 years experience

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
