**CLIENT SUPPORT / SALES ASSOCIATE **BASED IN BEDFORD, NOVA SCOTIA

Beauty Pro Supplies is one of Canada’s leading and trusted industry wholesale distributors to Canadian Beauty, Skin + Aesthetic Professionals. Our multiple e-commerce brand platforms wholesale products and equipment for salons, spas, aestheticians and beauty businesses across Canada

This individual will be responsible for managing client support, encouraging sales growth, and ensuring the smooth distribution of products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Account Support**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and brand partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- **Sales Growth**: Drive sales by identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and securing new business.
- **Product Distribution**: Pack + Ship the order, ensuring the distribution process is timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with others to align strategies and achieve company goals.
- **Training**: Educate our clients on new products and services, providing training and resources as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of client support, B2B sales, or other roles within the beauty industry such as aesthetics or cosmetology.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, Computer, and relationship-building skills.
- **Education**: Schooling in Beauty, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Attributes**: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Location**: Must currently live within commuting distance of our Bedford, NS offices

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
