**Position: Client Relations Assistant**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, client relations, and business operations within the dynamic field of immigration consulting.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Support**:

- Review and organize documentation provided by clients.
- Assist in completing immigration forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with current clients and leads to provide updates or gather additional information.
- Create quotes
- Follow up with potential leads

**Marketing Assistance**:

- Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing content for social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Support the development of promotional materials for events or workshops.
- Schedule posts on social media

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Schedule and manage meetings for the immigration consultant
- Perform general administrative duties, such as organizing files, tracking deadlines, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages

**Qualifications**
- Authorization to work in Canada is required (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related area
- Minimum two years of work experience in administrative position
- Work experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset (Portuguese, Spanish or French preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
