These **Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Sales Positions,** working at Beachcomber’s Experience Store **in Oakville** and at Special Events/Shows throughout **the Oakville and GTA Area**, are retail sales and customer support roles with unlimited earning potential. All positions have a guaranteed base wage, plus an 8% sales commission program.

**Compensation Full-Time Positions**:

- **$44,000 per year Base Wage** (based on 40 hours every week)
- Rewarding Unlimited Commission Program.

- Be front-line product and brand ambassadors for Beachcomber Hot Tubs
- Provide In-Store, In-Home and Off-Site Retail Sales support
- Qualify leads and actively support prospects shopping for hot tubs
- Present and educate consumers on the benefits of owning a hot tub
- Help our customers make the best buying choice for their families.
- Close sales and meet performance goals.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years Sales experience
- Great people with positive attitudes and passion for life
- Drive and enthusiasm for assisting customers and helping to fulfill their needs.
- Possess the ability to communicate product features and benefits through excellent communication skills.
- Open to coaching, development, and improvements to achieve success
- **Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.**
- Available to work flexible shifts (between 8:30am to 8:30pm) may include evenings and weekends

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Brand Ambassadors & Product Demonstrators: 2 years (preferred)
