**Position Summary**:
This role is responsible for assembly, testing and documenting operating conditions of the Steridose product line.

**Reports To**:Production Leader

**Essential Functions**:
Position requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Position and install parts, subassemblies and accessories.
- Test electrical drive motors for proper performance using testing devices.
- Inspect equipment/parts after assembly.
- Mark, record and report defects.
- Pick and expedite parts from work orders, as required.
- Work in compliance with the company’s health and safety and policies and procedures as well as ISO standards and procedures.
- Other duties, as assigned

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- None

**Organizational Relationships**:

- Must interface effectively and regularly with: manufacturing employees as well as employees from other internal departments (ie. Engineering, Sales) as required

**Qualifications**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. **Education and/or Experience**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in machine building, machining and/or assembly.

**Language Skills**:

- Good written and verbal communications required.

**Computer Skills**:

- Used an Inventory or Planning Software.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Ability to reach schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams.
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
