As we grow, our operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring every box is prepared and shipped with care, accuracy, and heart. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Warehousing & Shipping Associate** to join our team and help us deliver happiness nationwide.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Fulfill Orders**: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare gift boxes for shipment, ensuring every order meets our quality and presentation standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Receive, organize, and restock incoming products; track inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- **Shipping & Logistics**: Print labels, schedule pickups, and coordinate with shipping partners (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx) to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products and packaging for defects or inconsistencies to maintain premium quality standards.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; assist in optimizing layout for efficiency.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and curation teams to ensure smooth workflow during busy seasons.
- **Special Projects**: Support corporate gifting and large-volume fulfillment initiatives, especially during holidays and peak gifting seasons.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment roles (experience in e-commerce, retail, or gifting is a plus).
- **Attention to Detail**: You take pride in precision — from folding tissue paper perfectly to matching products to packing slips.
- **Reliability**: You’re punctual, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Physical Requirements**: Comfortable lifting boxes up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- **Tech Skills**: Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify) is a plus.
- **Mindset**: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine belief in spreading happiness through your work.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
