**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine tools for optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Assemble finished products as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Fabricate components from raw materials while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with milling machines and CNC programming is essential.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

Pay: $18.00-$25.19 per hour
