**Skills and Responsibilities**:

- Solid understanding of Health Canada
- Medical Device and Drug regulations. Work Experience or knowledgeable with medical device product(s) and/or regulations.
- Coordinate the return process of complaint products including repackaging the returns per established guidelines and maintaining a records of each return and shipment Log. Communicate all essential return information to the Trade Compliance team, facilitate their processes for shipping the products to the global locations.
- Ensure timely shipment and routing of returns from the local operating company to the specified investigation sites.
- Medical Device and Drug regulations, manages individual complaints on various JJSV product lines, from opening to closing.
- Performs accurate and timely data entry in complaint handling database.
- Coordinates complaint investigations, including determining investigation strategies, as needed with internal and external resources.
- Communicates directly with JJSV customers regarding reported complaints and resolutions.
- Makes decisions related to reportability of product complaints and prepares/submits reports to regulatory authorities in timely manner.
- Support Canada region internal and external audits.
- Participate in weekly meetings with team and key stakeholders.
- Increase understanding of JJSV Canada organization - Gain exposure to Global Post-Market Surveillance operations and Regulatory Reporting.
- Opportunities to participate in activities including reviewing new/emerging regulations, audit readiness, continuous improvement opportunities, and other projects as needed.
