**_Job Description_**

We are looking for a reliable operations associate to support the operations manager with the management of day-to-day business items as well as assist the operations team. The operations associate's responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, assisting other departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

A successful operations associate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks.

**_Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: _**
- Prepare and maintain documents such as procedures, policies and forms for the Operations Manager to approve and finalize
- Assist in training new hires
- Facilitating and monitoring needs of operations in all branches
- Support the operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards
- Validate and reconcile data in departments (inventory, equipment, etc)
- Maintaining company databases
- Assist in product claims, and purchasing processes
- Support other departments and staff as needed
- Perform administrative duties including answering phones, booking calendars, etc.
- Helping with other items such as IT, maintenance of supplies etc.

**_Qualifications: _**
- Ability to lift and carry products up to 50 lbs (23kg) individually
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office and Google Suite
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license required
- **Education & Experience**:_
- Preferred 1 year of experience in an office environment
