The Opportunity:
At 1-800-GOT-JUNK? We are looking for a group of fantastic Web Messenger Agents to chat with our customers that engage with us on the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? online booking site.

In this role you will be receiving all Text inquiries from our customers of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Canada, USA and Australia. You will work closely with all service areas for 1-800-GOT-JUNK? to provide a WOW experience to our customers.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Sales Center Agents across Canada.

A Day in the Life:

- Answer incoming calls and provide a world class experience for our commercial customers
- You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
- Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
- Availability to start Friday 17th February.

What You Bring to the Table:

- A team player that is always willing to help out and communicate well in a team environment
- Availability to work shifts anytime between 7 AM - 9 AM CST (6 AM - 8 AM during DST), Days off: SAT/SUN** or FRI/SAT
- Availability to work shifts anytime between 9 AM - 11 AM AST, Days off: SAT/SUN** or FRI/SAT
- A quiet space at home, reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps+ and personal computer with 2 screens recommended (laptop + monitor or computer with 2 monitors)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is an asset.
- Excellent typing speed - ability to type minimum 50wpm
- Comfortable learning new technology and computer software for booking customer jobs
- Previous experience with administration, customer service, hospitality, food service, retail, call center, or other relevant experience a plus
