**Job Overview**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will utilize your creativity and expertise in hair styling to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

**Duties**
- Provide a range of hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hair care and styling.
- Upsell products and services effectively, enhancing client satisfaction while contributing to salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Foster strong communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in various hair services.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, as it enhances the ability to recommend products effectively.
- A valid cosmetology license is required for this position. Join us in creating beautiful experiences for our clients through exceptional hair styling

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
